 Ken Stabe is one of the most conscientious and meticulous agents when it comes to dealing with the clients he represents. He always keeps the agents on the “other end” of a transaction informed and up to date on the status of the escrows. He works very well with the escrow officer and other entities involved such as appraisers, inspectors and home warranty companies. One of the things that Ken does exceptionally well from the escrow point of view is that he is extremely good at getting information back and forth between all parties.
